I really enjoyed the "Social Media Monitoring" topic. I got a lot out of it, but I'm still confused about the specifics of how to use it. For example, I'm on the MarCom Committee at a local non-profit and we were trying to figure out how to attract more people to our website. I viewed the SEO tables and charts (and I've used Google Analytics to see what it says about visitors), but I haven't the foggiest what all of it means.
